Everything Green customarily ships standard merchandise USPS within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on product description. Larger, heavier items may be shipped FedEx or UPS. Some items may have a shipping surcharge, in which case the product description will have a surcharge notice. Shipping chart is for US shipping, US protectorates, APO and FPO military addresses only. Upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier, we transfer the risk of loss and title of the merchandise to the customer.
RETURNS
Returns must be completed within 30 days of invoice. Please notify Everything Green by email immediately with return information, including invoice number. All refunds must be approved in advance via email or phone. All unwanted merchandise needs to be returned promptly and in original condition. Please insure return packages for full value and keep the tracking information until return is complete. Everything Green cannot process returns without receiving return merchandise. We cannot accept returns on used, opened or broken items. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact the shipping agent to report a claim. Or refuse a delivery if obvious damage has occurred.
